Congratulations, Omar Mendoza! Omar is a 5th grader at George Whitten Elementary and is the January recipient of the Wheels in Motion bike giveaway. Wheels in Motion awards are made monthly to deserving students at George Whitten and Gene Brown elementary schools. Teachers nominate the students to receive the bikes, based on being good students, good citizens, and helping their teachers and other students.Wheels In Motion
