Rotary Scholarships

Click to download the current application. Students are to submit their completed application to the guidance office at their school no later than Monday, March 17, 2025. A member of the Club will pick up the applications from the guidance office on Friday, March 21, 2025.
No late applications will be accepted.

It is required that the completed applications include:

• copy of their high school transcript, showing ACT scores
• copy of their parents’ or guardians’ latest signed IRS From 1040 (black out SSNs)
• one letter of recommendation from teachers
• ***Please note this year, the application pages must be one sided with NO staples

Students may attach additional pages if there is not enough space on the application form.
